Though I was already applying for jobs offshore since September, 2017. I left South Australia and went back home on 24th of November, 2017 and continued applying for jobs. I am married and have a kid so I was in a hurry to find a job. I contacted Immigration SA at the end of December (being offshore) that kindly release me from my commitment as I couldnt find a job but got a response in January, 2018 saying move not endorsed and I have a commitment with the state to fulfil and I should continue my job search in SA. Therafter, I moved back with family again to SA on 23 Jan, 18 and have been since living in SA and trying to find a relevant job on daily basis but havent been successful. Now my financial condition has gone worst as maintaining family here without earning is very hard. Now I want to get the permission to apply elsewhere in Australia so that I can move and start earning for my family. What should I do ? Considering my stay in SA started in November, and I have been once declined the waiver of commitment by Immigration SA and also considering my financial condition is going steep now. Thanks.

I’m not sure if I understand what’s the issue here? You’ve been nominated by NSW and you will be back to NSW – so what’s the problem?

The information you are providing is really useful. Would you mind asking some questions?
I was granted my permanent residency subclass NSW – 190 the 14th of March and I haven’t been back to my country for 4 years so I am planning to visit it on July, and then move to NSW. Do you think I might get in trouble if I do this?
Thank you very much.

Letting your wife know that you are leaving her, could be a good idea 😉

Talk to the people who gave you a nomination.

I have VISA 190 from NSW granted in September 2017.
I had made my first entry to NSW on 11th November 2017. I came back out of Australia on 19th November 2017 to resume my office in offshore.
I dont have a registered address with centralink because i am currently away from the country. I have a valid TFN issued in 2012 from Sydney ATO.

Since last few months I am on a lookout for a job so that I can come back to Australia. As the living expenses in Australia are very high and unaffordable for me, I am trying to get a job first before moving. In this process, I am trying to apply for as many jobs as possible. I have appeared many interviews till date. Finally I was able to get an offer which came from Melbourne.

What should be done to get a letter of release from NSW in this situation?

Thanks

Thanks

Neha – you can apply for PR with 190 visa even outside Australia. I just received mine yesterday for NSW. And i had 75 points.

It’s up to the state if they’ll give you a nomination. You need to convince them, your intentions are genuine and you’ll live in the state which will nominate you.
