I already got 457 visa and it’s been 2 yrs does my volunteer experience count for general skill migration and do I get any point out of it as my employer is trying to sell the business . For 190 and 489 work experience might not be necessary, but you need a skills assessment and if skills assessment authority requires x years of work experience that’s what you have to have. Another question – will you get enough points and state nomination?

Because in mew TSS visa i saw is i want to apply for 457 as a cook or chef i need two years experience..
